We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup – No penalty. A full refund will be issued.

• Cancellations made between 6 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup – A fee equal to 50% of the reservation value will be charged.

• Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup, or in the event of a no-show – A fee equal to 100% of the reservation value will be charged.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be initiated within 24 business hours. Depending on your bank, funds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
