Terms & Conditions

Legal disclaimer

1. General Service Agreement
  • Services are provided by White Dahlia Chauffeur Service (the “Company”) under the conditions outlined in this agreement.

  • By booking, clients agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Reservations & Payments
  • All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Rates are subject to applicable California taxes and surcharges (fuel, tolls, airport fees, etc.).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before pick-up: no penalty.

  • Cancellations made 6–24 hours before pick-up: 50% of fare charged.

  • Cancellations made within 6 hours or “no shows”: 100% of fare charged.

4. Delays & Waiting Time
  • Complimentary waiting time:

    • Airports: 30 minutes after flight arrival.

    • Point-to-point transfers: 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up.

  • Beyond that, waiting time is charged at the company’s current hourly rate.

5. Conduct & Safety
  • No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances is allowed inside vehicles.

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only in compliance with California law.

  • The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate a ride if passengers engage in unsafe, abusive, or illegal behavior, with no refunds issued.

6. Liability
  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, or acts beyond its control.

  • The Company is not responsible for lost or forgotten items inside the vehicle.

7. Vehicle Damage
  • Clients are financially responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by them or their party (e.g., spills, stains, bodily fluids).

  • Cleaning fees start at $250 and may increase depending on severity.

8. Airport & Travel Policies
  • For airport pick-ups, flight numbers must be provided at booking to allow proper tracking.

  • The Company is not responsible for missed flights due to insufficient booking time, passenger delays, or force majeure.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Client information (name, contact, payment) is collected solely for reservation and billing purposes.

  • The Company does not sell or share customer data with third parties.

10. Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County.
